[Remote] Product Designer

The Product Designer will own end-to-end design execution, ensuring user clarity and product simplicity while collaborating with PMs and Engineers to shape product strategy.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end UX design across NexHealth payments
- Full responsibility for research, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI
- Lead product scope and shape technical implementation through design-first thinking
- Collaborate tightly with PMs and Engineers as a co-equal product builder
- Build and evolve design systems and scalable UI standards
- Craft experiences that eliminate work or make the job dead simple for users
- Champion user clarity, accessibility, and precision across every surface
- Make design decisions that directly shape product architecture and engineering priorities
Skills
- 6–10+ years of end-to-end product design ownership
- Strong product intuition and the ability to lead product strategy through design
- You think like a PM and build like an engineer
- World-class taste and systems thinking
- Ruthlessly reduce friction, polish flows, and solve for clarity over cleverness
- Users understand and love the product without needing explanation
- UX becomes a primary reason for adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction
- Design drives clarity across engineering and product teams
