[Remote] Senior IT Interface Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Net2Source (N2S) is seeking a Senior IT Interface Analyst to optimize Epic Tapestry applications for business needs. The role involves designing workflows, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring solutions meet industry standards and organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Configure, enhance, and optimize Epic Tapestry applications to meet business and operational requirements
- Design and implement new workflows, system enhancements, and automation solutions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, operations teams, and IT partners to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
- Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and system utilization
- Support testing, validation, deployment, and post-implementation activities
- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing optimization initiatives
- Ensure solutions align with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on Epic Tapestry functionality and capabilities
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum three years of recent healthcare industry experience
- Demonstrated hands-on Epic Tapestry configuration and build experience
- Strong understanding of healthcare payer workflows and operations
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Utilization Management (strongly preferred)

- Membership, Eligibility, and Enrollment Administration
- Provider Management
- Provider and Vendor Contracts
- Tapestry Core Applications
- Experience with Epic Business Intelligence Developer (BID)
- Experience with Epic Cogito
- Experience with Epic Caboodle Data Model
- Experience with Epic Clarity Reporting Workbench report and extract development
- Experience with SQL and/or PL/SQL
