[Remote] Business Development Executive BPO - (Very High) Commission Only

They are seeking a driven Business Development Executive to open and grow the American market, focusing on companies looking for outsourced tech talent with DEI and ethical sourcing mandates.
Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and convert companies looking for outsourced tech talent—particularly those with DEI, ESG, or ethical sourcing mandates
- Provide collateral, case studies, pricing, and full onboarding support
- Close the deal; handle delivery
Skills
- Minimum 3 years' B2B sales experience, ideally in staffing, BPO, or tech services
- Demonstrable track record of closing new business — not just account management or renewals
- Based in the US with authorization to work independently as a contractor
- Existing network in US tech, HR, procurement, or DEI functions — essential, not preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable selling a values-led proposition
- You have existing relationships with HR Directors, Procurement leads, CTOs, or DEI/ESG leads at US tech or professional services companies
- You have previously sold staffing, BPO, outsourcing, or professional services into US enterprise or mid-market accounts
- You understand how DEI and ESG commitments drive vendor selection decisions in corporate America
- You can work independently and manage your own pipeline without hand-holding
- You're genuinely motivated by a business that does good while doing well
- You're comfortable with a commission-only structure — you back yourself
