[Remote] Volunteer: Facebook Account Consolidation and Strategy

They are seeking a skilled volunteer to assist with consolidating and managing Facebook accounts to enhance their outreach and engagement efforts, while also preparing for future social media account consolidations.

Responsibilities

  • Research best practices for consolidating and managing Facebook accounts (merging, deactivating, redirecting, or inviting followers)
  • Create a recovery guide for locked accounts
  • Set up on Meta Business Suite if needed
  • Develop a prioritized proposal with recommended steps and communication templates
  • Provide volunteer support to implement the chosen solution
  • Interview staff
  • Present a clear proposal for approval
  • Work collaboratively with staff to carry out the agreed steps

Skills

  • Skilled in researching best practices for social media account management
  • Experience with consolidating and managing Facebook accounts
  • Ability to create a recovery guide for locked accounts
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite
  • Ability to develop a prioritized proposal with recommended steps and communication templates
  • Experience in providing volunteer support to implement solutions
  • Strong communication skills to interview staff and present proposals
