[Remote] Director, Provider Sales (Western U.S)

Podimetrics is a rapidly growing virtual care management company focused on improving patient lives through early detection and prevention of diabetic foot ulcers. The Director of Provider Sales will lead sales teams, educating clinicians on DFU prevention while managing the P&L for half of the country and ensuring alignment with corporate goals.

Responsibilities

  • Direct training, coaching, and direction of Remote Temperature Monitoring Specialists and any potential future roles in the region. 50% travel
  • Submit weekly/monthly reports detailing activities/sales volumes/training needs for each territory
  • Establishes and reports on metrics to measure team performance; correct deficiencies where necessary
  • Analyzes regional market dynamics to maximize existing successes and create new sales growth opportunities
  • Ensures the regional sales plan is aligned with and supports corporate goals
  • Recruits and hires team members, leading to a successful and positive team environment

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • A minimum of 7 years outside business-to-business, medical, or pharmaceutical sales with a documented track record of success is required
  • Minimum 5 years as a successful people leader with a documented record of success
  • Experience in hiring, coaching, and performance management with product lines in the VA business
  • Ability to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, and creativity in changing needs and situations
  • Ability to develop and implement solutions, from strategy to deliverables
  • Proficiency with Excel, MS Office, and Google Sheets
  • Existing VA relationships are highly desired
  • Proven ability to build a Team and relationships from scratch
