[Remote] Product Management Senior Advisor – Enterprise Platforms (Remote)

The Cigna Group is dedicated to improving health and vitality, and they are seeking a Product Management Senior Advisor to support an enterprise-wide transformation of client financial workflows. This role will lead business analysis and process redesign, leveraging data insights and technology to drive automation and AI capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business analysis across Finance, Operations, Accounting, and Sales
- Product management with ongoing support to the enterprise
- Redesign workflows by identifying inefficiencies, gaps, and automation opportunities
- Develop clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria aligned to strategic goals
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and optimization opportunities
- Build data models, business rules, and reporting frameworks to inform decision-making
- Ensure data quality and integrity across systems
- Partner with engineering and AI teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions
- Support the design of automation, AI-enabled use cases, and decision-support tools
- Contribute to testing efforts including UAT, validation, and defect resolution
- Act as a key liaison between business and technical teams
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions to drive alignment and outcomes
- Communicate progress, risks, and insights to senior stakeholders
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field
- 6–10+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or process transformation within large-scale organizations
- Experience supporting enterprise programs involving system modernization, workflow redesign, automation, or data/AI-enabled capabilities
- Strong background in financial workflow processes, operational analytics, and cross-functional business engagement
- Experience working with global teams
- Expertise in business requirements documentation, process mapping, and workflow design
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to work with large datasets and derive actionable insights
- Proficiency with analytical tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, BI platforms) and familiarity with modern data technologies
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable requirements
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- 8+ years in product manager, business analysis, data analysis, or process transformation within large organizations
- Exposure to automation, AI, or advanced analytics initiatives
- Experience in enterprise transformation and financial workflows
