[Remote] ServiceNow Business Process Consultant - PSDS

Alldus is seeking an experienced Business Process Consultant for their Public Sector Digital Services team, focusing on the ServiceNow platform. This role involves aligning business needs with platform capabilities, driving process optimization, and ensuring successful adoption of ServiceNow solutions across public sector organizations.
Responsibilities
- Lead business process discovery sessions with public sector stakeholders
- Analyse, document, and optimise as-is and to-be business processes
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories and functional specifications
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure ServiceNow solutions align with business outcomes
- Support the design and implementation of ServiceNow workflows, catalog items, and process automation
- Facilitate workshops for process mapping, requirements gathering, and solution validation
- Advise on best practices for ITSM, service delivery, and operational efficiency within PSDS environments
- Support change management and user adoption activities
- Contribute to governance, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist in testing cycles including UAT planning, execution, and validation support
Skills
- Strong experience working as a Business Process Consultant or Business Analyst within ServiceNow environments
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end ServiceNow implementations or transformation programmes
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes and service delivery frameworks
- Experience working with stakeholders in public sector or regulated industries
- Ability to translate complex business needs into structured requirements
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and documentation skills
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Delivery Accreditation – Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITSM or related modules
- Business Analysis certifications (e.g., BCS, IIBA, or equivalent)
- Experience working on large-scale digital transformation programmes
- Background in IT Service Management (ITIL-aligned environments preferred)
- Experience supporting workflow automation and process redesign initiatives
- Exposure to ServiceNow platform capabilities such as ITSM, CSM, or SPM
- Strong stakeholder engagement experience in government or public sector environments
