[Remote] Sr Content Management Analyst (Audit and Migration)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Mindlance is a company seeking a Sr Content Management Analyst to focus on auditing and migrating content within their systems. The role involves auditing existing marketing materials, structuring content models, and collaborating with marketing teams to enhance content strategy.

Responsibilities

• Audit existing marketing collateral to identify well-defined types that can be modeled in the content management system (CMS)
• Audit existing disclosure database for duplicates and inaccuracies and make updates to compile a single source of truth for deployable disclosures across platforms
• Identify vanity URLs used in audited collateral and compile a database with campaign IDs and owners
• Lead the structural architecture of content models that translate existing marketing tactics to personalized experiences for deployment in SalesForce Personalization Engine
• Define and document models for development in AEM
• Collaborate with Digital Strategy and Marketing teams to ensure content models support enterprise content strategy and style guidelines

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in English, communications, journalism or equivalent
• 5 years of experience in web content strategy, content management systems, and personalization
• Web content management system platform experience
• A portfolio of samples or case studies to show what content challenges you've tackled in your career thus far
• Initiative and the ability to self-start and self-lead
• Content auditing and site migrations
• Back end of system content modeling
• Structured Content Exp
• Industry Specific Experience in Finance and consumer banking or Tech industry
• Content Skima
