[Remote] Senior Technical Recruiter

This fully remote position involves owning full-cycle recruiting for AI, Data Analytics, and Technology roles, while building talent pipelines and partnering with clients to deliver top-tier talent.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across AI, Data Analytics, and Technology roles, from initial sourcing through offer and close
- Build and maintain deep talent pipelines within the AI/ML, Data Science, Data Engineering, Analytics, and broader Tech talent communities
- Partner directly with clients and account managers to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and deliver top-tier talent with speed and precision
- Leverage advanced sourcing strategies, market intelligence, and your professional network to engage passive candidates in competitive talent markets
- Serve as a subject matter expert on AI and tech talent trends, compensation benchmarking, and candidate availability
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of candidate and client experience
- Contribute to team performance, mentor junior recruiters, and help set the standard for delivery excellence across the practice
Skills
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a staffing, agency, or high-growth corporate environment
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for technical roles in AI, Data Analytics, Data Science, or Technology
- Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and direct outreach strategies
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding placement or hiring targets in a competitive, fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and clients
- Self-directed and highly organized, with the ability to manage a full desk remotely without missing a beat
- Bachelor's degree preferred, though demonstrated performance and experience will always speak louder
- Experience in the AI, Data Analytics, and Technology sectors
