[Remote] Business Development Consultant (Remote)

M3 USA is a national healthcare recruitment firm focused on providing efficient recruiting services to hospitals and healthcare employers. They are seeking a Business Development Consultant to manage efforts in a 2-5 state territory, schedule meetings with prospective clients, and build relationships with hospital administrators to understand their practice needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage efforts in a 2-5 state territory
- Schedule webinars & face to face meetings with prospective clients to obtain signed contracts
- Travel to your region 5 days each month
- Contact and build a rapport with hospital/practice administrators to gain knowledge of their practice needs and recruiting efforts
- Maintain organization within territory and provide timely information and follow-up contact
- Effectively present information and respond to questions accurately using a variety of venues including webinars and phone
Skills
- Healthcare Business Development Experience Required
- Have a positive attitude
- Outgoing personality
- Ability to pursue and generate leads
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

- At least two years of sales experience preferred - Including: Inside Sales, Outside Sales, B2B Sales and Cold Calling
- College degree preferred
