[Remote] Marketing Director
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health is a company focused on delivering exceptional behavioral health care. They are seeking a Marketing Director to lead multi-channel marketing strategies aimed at driving patient acquisition and brand awareness, while managing internal and external communications to enhance the Kolmac brand.
Responsibilities
- Own performance marketing strategy and budget, optimizing campaigns against cost-per-acquisition, ROAS, and patient-volume targets
- Plan, launch, and manage pay-per-click (PPC) and paid search campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms, continuously testing keywords, creative, and landing pages
- Develop and oversee geofencing and geotargeted advertising programs to reach prospective patients and referral sources around key locations
- Direct out-of-home (OOH) advertising — billboards, transit, and place-based media — including vendor selection, placement strategy, and performance tracking
- Lead the organic and paid social media strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, including content calendars, community management, and engagement reporting
- Oversee development of marketing collateral — brochures, program one-pagers, signage, and digital assets — ensuring brand consistency across all programs and locations
- Own the company website strategy, content, and conversion optimization, partnering with developers and SEO resources to drive organic traffic and lead generation
- Lead internal and external communications, including company announcements, public relations, email marketing, and messaging that supports the Kolmac brand and reputation
- Build and maintain marketing analytics, dashboards, and attribution models (including call tracking and vanity numbers) to measure ROI and inform budget allocation
- Manage external agencies, media vendors, and creative partners, holding them accountable to deliverables, timelines, and budgets
- Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, allocating spend across channels to maximize patient acquisition and brand impact
- Partner with growth, clinical, and operations leaders to align marketing initiatives with referral development, new program launches, and location expansion
Skills
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, including hands-on performance marketing, PPC/paid search, and social media
- Proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns and marketing budgets with measurable results
- Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics, attribution, and reporting tools
- Knowledge of outpatient substance abuse treatment
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with outreach and business development in the substance abuse and mental health space
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office suite
- Familiar with managed care
