[Remote] Full Stack Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Oxenham Group is representing a well-funded startup focused on building an AI-powered platform that enhances human relationship capital. The Full Stack Engineer will collaborate with technical leadership to design, build, and scale the core platform while managing end-to-end projects and optimizing data infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Design and build full-stack features across frontend and backend systems
- Own projects end-to-end: scoping, implementation, testing, and deployment
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines supporting analytics and AI/ML applications
- Manage and optimize our client's data infrastructure, including data lake and warehouse
- Design data workflows that integrate and experiment with LLM and ML models
- Build and integrate AI agents and LLM-powered product features
- Ensure high performance, security, and reliability across systems
- Collaborate with tech leadership to set KPIs for key story points at user and system level
- Contribute to infrastructure decisions related to data governance and scalability
Skills

- Full-stack engineering experience across frontend and backend systems
- Startup experience; comfortable building quickly in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Hands-on experience building or integrating AI agents, LLM workflows, or AI-enabled products
- Strong product sense with a good eye for UX/UI and user-facing design quality
- Experience designing secure authentication, authorization, and database systems
- Strong proficiency with Python, Next.js, and TypeScript
- Experience working on public-facing platforms or production-grade user applications
- Willingness to work 40+ hours per week and travel approximately 3 times per year for team offsites
- Experience with Neo4j graph databases and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Experience integrating CRM, messaging, or email APIs (Gmail, WhatsApp, SMS)
- Familiarity with data pipeline tools such as Airflow, dbt, Kafka, or Spark
- Prior experience at an early-stage startup or as a technical founder or operator
