[Remote] Senior Product Designer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Rugiet is a rapidly growing telemedicine company focused on revolutionizing men's health through innovative digital solutions. They are seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of the patient experience across web and mobile platforms, ensuring high conversion rates and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end UX of the patient journey — intake, checkout, onboarding, patient portal, subscription management, and mobile app across all surfaces
• High-conversion flow design: intake questionnaires, product selection, checkout, refill, and subscription management — optimizing relentlessly against CVR, refill rate, and NPS
• Rugiet's design system — building, maintaining, and evolving a component library, design tokens, and interaction standards that scale across products and engineering
• A/B and multivariate test design in partnership with Growth — design variants, interpret results, ship winners
• UX research and usability testing — synthesizing session recordings, heatmaps, NPS comments, and patient interviews into prioritized improvements
• Design-to-engineering handoff — pixel-perfect Figma files, Dev Mode specs, and active build QA to ensure precision implementation
• Cross-functional design leadership — bringing patient empathy and UX rigor to Product, Engineering, Growth, and Lifecycle conversations

Skills

• 8+ years of product design with a portfolio demonstrating mastery of interaction design and visual UI — flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity screens across web and mobile
• Expert Figma proficiency — components, auto-layout, variables, prototyping, and Dev Mode; you use Figma the way engineers use their IDE
• Proven track record designing high-conversion DTC or subscription consumer flows with measurable outcomes you can speak to
• Experience building or owning a design system — not just using one
• WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility depth and data fluency — you interpret funnels, session recordings, and A/B results to evolve designs
• Strong design-engineering collaboration — you speak in tokens, component states, and responsive breakpoints
• Portfolio required. We want to see end-to-end flow design, design system work, and at least one example where you can speak to a measurable outcome
• Motion design
• Healthcare/DTC experience
• React/CSS familiarity
• Maze/FullStory/Hotjar
