Touchpoints is seeking a Dynamics 365 Business Analyst (Configuration Developer) to analyze business requirements and configure Dynamics 365 Power Platform solutions. The role involves developing and maintaining workflows, collaborating with stakeholders to create low-code solutions, and utilizing Azure DevOps for project management.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and configure Dynamics 365 Power Platform solutions using Dataverse tables, forms, views, and business rules
  • Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows and model-driven app configurations to support business processes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into low-code solutions while following Power Platform governance best practices
  • Utilize Azure DevOps for user story management, testing, and release coordination

Skills

  • Analyze business requirements and configure Dynamics 365 Power Platform solutions using Dataverse tables, forms, views, and business rules
  • Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows and model-driven app configurations to support business processes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into low-code solutions while following Power Platform governance best practices
  • Utilize Azure DevOps for user story management, testing, and release coordination
  • 4+ years of Power Platform/Dynamics 365 configuration experience required
