[Remote] Power Platform UX Designer

Touchpoints is seeking a Power Platform UX Designer to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform applications. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into designs and maintaining design standards for accessibility and usability.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform applications, ensuring seamless user experiences
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and product teams to translate requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and responsive UI designs
- Create and maintain design standards, user journeys, and accessibility-compliant experiences across model-driven apps, portals, and customer service workflows
- Leverage UX best practices and tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar platforms to enhance usability, improve customer interactions, and drive adoption
