The Lead Travel Agent / Travel Assistant will guide clients through the travel planning process, assist with inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining organized client records.

Responsibilities

  • Guide clients through every stage of the travel planning process
  • Assist with trip inquiries, destination information, and travel options
  • Provide professional and timely communication throughout the booking experience
  • Follow up with clients to confirm travel plans and ensure satisfaction
  • Respond to client emails, phone calls, and messages in a professional manner
  • Support clients with travel modifications, cancellations, and updates
  • Maintain positive relationships through empathy, patience, and efficiency
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a stress-free experience for travelers
  • Provide up-to-date information regarding destinations, travel documentation, and agency processes
  • Maintain organized client records and communication
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail with travel information and scheduling
  • Gather post-trip feedback to help improve the client experience
  • Stay informed on travel trends, destinations, and industry tools
  • Learn and adapt to new systems, technology, and agency resources
  • Collaborate with team members in a supportive remote environment
  • Be flexible with evening availability when needed to support clients
