[Remote] Senior ERP Business Systems Analyst (Infor LN)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. JMD Technologies Inc. is seeking a Senior ERP Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance enterprise ERP operations across Manufacturing, Distribution, Warehousing, and Finance functions. This role will be a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and driving ERP system improvements.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements
- Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and solution designs
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and system enhancements
- Support ERP implementation projects, upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance activities
- Support ERP processes related to Manufacturing, Distribution, Inventory, Supply Chain, and Warehousing Operations
- Analyze business workflows and recommend system solutions to improve operational efficiency
- Assist users with troubleshooting system issues and resolving process-related challenges
- Ensure ERP solutions align with business objectives and operational requirements
- Support ERP financial modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Cash Management
- Collaborate with Finance teams to optimize financial processes and reporting capabilities
- Assist with system configurations, testing, and validation of financial workflows
- Support SOX compliance , internal controls, and IT audit activities
- Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities
- Analyze and resolve complex business and technical issues
- Develop and maintain system documentation, process flows, and user guides
Skills
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, ERP Analyst, or related role
- Strong hands-on experience with Infor LN, ERP LN, or Baan ERP
- Experience supporting Manufacturing, Distribution, Warehousing, and Enterprise Planning processes
- Knowledge of ERP financial modules including GL, AP, AR, and Cash Management
- Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions
- Familiarity with ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations, and support activities
- Experience supporting SOX compliance and IT audit requirements
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Knowledge of supply chain, inventory management, and production planning processes
- Experience with ERP integrations, reporting tools, and business process optimization
- Exposure to project management methodologies and ERP transformation initiatives
