[Remote] Sr Comms Marketing PM \- Developer Audience Marketing

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Redtech is helping their client with a Contractor search for a Senior Communications Marketing Project Manager focused on Developer Audience Marketing. This role will oversee the execution of programs funded by Nvidia, ensuring operational rigor and cross-functional alignment while providing executive visibility into performance and impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall program management, including master planning, operating rhythm, and delivery governance
• Own budget tracking, financial alignment, and funding accountability across all workstreams
• Develop and manage integrated workback schedules, timelines, and milestones
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs, ensuring timely escalation and resolution
• Drive clarity of ownership, deliverables, and measurable outcomes across all initiatives
• Coordinate execution across Microsoft, Nvidia, Reactor, product marketing, community, finance, agencies, and regional teams
• Maintain clear and actionable tracking of action items and progress against commitments
• Deliver concise, executive ready updates that communicate progress, risks, and decisions

Skills

• Prior experience working at Microsoft
• Proven experience managing complex, high visibility programs with multiple stakeholders
• Strong financial and operational management skills, including budget oversight and resource planning
• Ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous or rapidly evolving initiatives
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross functional coordination skills
• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to translate execution into business impact
• Track record of driving measurable outcomes tied to engagement, adoption, and partner impact
