Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound follow-up with prospective or recently engaged customers to provide information, answer questions, and support next steps in their customer journey
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience that aligns with company values, communication standards, and brand expectations
- Handle customer inquiries professionally, identify individual needs, and connect customers with the appropriate internal resources or solutions
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of customer interactions, outreach efforts, and follow-up activities within internal systems
- Support coverage across extended business hours and remain flexible with scheduling to ensure consistent customer support availability
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience in a customer-facing environment such as call center, retail, customer support, hospitality, or similar service-based roles
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport, engage customers professionally, and represent a brand positively
- Comfortable managing outbound outreach, handling customer conversations, and navigating a structured, high-volume environment
- Reliable, adaptable, and able to work flexible shifts within business hours that may include early morning or evening schedules aligned to Pacific Time
