[Remote] Account Executive
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. KaarTech is a global consulting company specializing in SAP and digital transformation solutions. They are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Account Executive to join their North America Business Unit and support the growth of strategic client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow assigned client accounts within the North America region
- Support senior account managers and leadership on strategic enterprise accounts
- Coordinate client meetings, follow-ups, and account-related activities
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned customers
- Assist with pipeline management, opportunity tracking, and sales forecasting
- Maintain accurate CRM records and account data in HubSpot
- Prepare client presentations, proposals, account plans, and meeting materials
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure strong customer communication and alignment
- Track renewals, ongoing projects, and account expansion opportunities
- Conduct account research, stakeholder mapping, and competitive analysis
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across KaarTech's service offerings
- Support outbound sales and marketing initiatives targeting key accounts and industries
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and account updates for leadership review
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, Sales, or Customer Relationship Management
- Experience in a B2B services, technology, or consulting environment is preferred
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office Suite
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within sales and account management
- Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market customer accounts
- Exposure to SAP, enterprise software, cloud solutions, or digital transformation services
- Understanding of North American business culture and customer engagement practices
- Experience working with offshore and cross-functional teams
