[Remote] Marketing Intern (Unpaid + Commission, Remote)

They are offering a 12-week unpaid internship for aspiring marketing professionals to gain hands-on experience in various essential marketing and operations skills while contributing to the company's growth.

Responsibilities

• Outreach external partnerships, lead the project, tracking data and performance, and optimize conversion funnels
• Track key metrics and generate actionable insights
• Research user behavior and preferences to guide marketing efforts
• Create compelling content for email, social media, and other channels
• Work cross-functionally and participate in team meetings
• Support other marketing initiatives: draft template, research, analysis, etc

Skills

• Must have valid work authorization to work remotely for a U.S. company (legal documentation required upon hire)
• Flexible working hours with preferred availability for meetings on Tue/Thur/Fri 8AM-12PM EST
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and creative thinking skills
• Strong written and spoken English; able to write professional emails
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
• Relevant coursework in Marketing, Business, or related fields
