Responsibilities

Talent Attraction: Source and engage qualified candidates by strategically posting jobs and advertisements on databases, online forums, and social media. Event Participation: Schedule and attend recruiting events, such as job fairs, to broaden candidate outreach. Hiring Process Management: Oversee all stages of the hiring process, including application review, resume screening, and completion of necessary paperwork. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with individuals and panels, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Candidate Communication: Gather interview feedback and maintain open communication with candidates via phone calls and email throughout and after the interview process. Reporting and Collaboration: Provide recruitment reports to team managers, attend weekly coaching and training sessions, and collaborate with leadership to understand company needs and enhance the candidate lifecycle processes.

Requirements

Eligibility: Must be 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States. Experience: While 1 year of marketing, sales, or recruitment experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. Skill Set: Ability to design and implement recruiting strategies, demonstrate effective communication, critical thinking, and sound business decision-making skills. Time Management: Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Training Commitment: Ability to attend required 3-day online company training classes and participate in weekly online team coaching/skills meetings.
