[Remote] Senior Project Manager, Enterprise Accounts

They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to manage enterprise client accounts, oversee marketing campaigns, and maintain strong client relationships while driving strategic growth.
Responsibilities
- Run the full client relationship for a portfolio of enterprise accounts
- Be the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Oversee active marketing campaigns and ensure delivery is on time, on brand, and on budget
- Direct internal creative, media, and tech teams based on client goals and priorities
- Lead client check-ins, strategic reviews, and escalation calls with confidence
- Deliver clear, data-driven performance reporting that clients actually value
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities and bring them to leadership
- Protect and grow retention across your entire book of business
Skills
- 3 to 5 years managing enterprise or corporate accounts at a creative agency, media company, or brand
- Deep enough understanding of marketing and campaigns to direct strategy, not just track it
- A track record of owning senior client relationships - not just supporting them
- Comfortable running calls with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders without hand-holding
- Proficient in Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, and Slack
- Strong team management skills - you delegate clearly, follow up consistently, and hold people accountable
- Exceptionally organized with the ability to manage multiple complex accounts at once
- Self-directed and high-output in a remote environment
- Background in entertainment, media, influencer, or creator-driven marketing
- Experience with Meta and Instagram campaign ecosystems
- CRM experience in HubSpot or Salesforce
- Comfort with AI-powered tools and workflow automation
