[Remote] Acquisition Sales Executive VI - Healthcare/AI

Rackspace Technology is building the next generation of healthcare AI infrastructure and is seeking an experienced Acquisition Sales Executive to drive new logo growth across U.S. health systems and IDNs. The role focuses on winning new enterprise healthcare customers by selling complex AI, cloud, and data solutions while partnering with major cloud providers.
Responsibilities
- Build and close a pipeline of net-new healthcare enterprise opportunities
- Sell complex AI, cloud, data, and managed services solutions into health systems and IDNs
- Engage CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, CMOs, and executive healthcare leadership
- Drive full-cycle enterprise sales from prospecting through close
- Lead strategic multi-stakeholder deals ranging from $500K–$5M+ ACV
- Partner closely with AWS, Azure, GCP, and Palantir field teams
- Position Rackspace as a trusted healthcare AI transformation partner
Skills
- 8+ years enterprise technology sales experience
- Proven success in net-new logo acquisition
- Experience selling into healthcare providers, IDNs, or health systems
- Track record closing complex enterprise deals ($500K–$5M+)
- Strong executive presence and consultative selling skills
- Experience with cloud, AI, data, analytics, or infrastructure solutions
- Existing healthcare executive relationships
- Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks, or Palantir ecosystems
- Healthcare AI or digital transformation sales experience
- Understanding of healthcare data and interoperability environments
