Account Supervisor

About the role: The Account Supervisor will be a driving force behind day-to-day activities on a client brand supporting and managing key client relationships as well as coordinating a range of HCP projects. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality scientific programs, managed day-to-day client interactions, and contribute to impactful healthcare solutions within a collaborative and supportive environment. What you'll do: Demonstrate confidence and authority as the day-to-day voice of the agency team. Model project leadership—prepared and proactive, thorough and accurate. Establish rapport and trust with a range of staff members assigned to your account(s) – acknowledging the expectations of others, identifying team and project needs, remaining open to considering multiple points-of-view. Provide mentorship and guidance to Account Managers, Project Managers and Project Coordinators, facilitating their growth and development. Actively identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and through other contacts. Generate internal project estimates and collaborate with PM/PC to develop timelines. Translate client needs and expectations to internal agency team through project brief development and internal meetings and communications with the cross-functional agency team. Monitor project estimate vs. actual time and cost accruals. Review monthly account billing for accuracy and completeness in accordance with client PO(s). Assist in the development and approval of scopes of work (project descriptions, assumptions, estimates). Assist in tactical planning and brand strategy. Requirements: 4+ years of pharmaceutical agency experience Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage a diverse range of project Proven supervisory experience and mentoring skills Detail oriented with the ability to manage a wide variety of projects and team members Experience managing and nurturing client relationships Outstanding communication skills: oral, written, and interpersonal Experience with product launches Proficiency in Veeva, Ziflow, or other digital routing and MLR platforms Exceptional financial management capabilities within budget constraints What Matters at RevHealth: Leave your fingerprint - Your voice, your mind, your mark—they matter.
