Issue identification: Spot missing information, urgent issues, or complex client questions, and identify when a matter requires attorney or paralegal review. Cross-department coordination: Partner with paralegals, attorneys, reception, sales, finance, and other departments to keep cases moving. Case handoff: Support the smooth transition of cases to the paralegal team once onboarding and evidence collection are complete. This role requires strong client-centered communication. You must be able to speak with clients in a calm, respectful, and empathetic way, especially when they are frustrated, scared, confused, or emotional. Requirements. High-Volume Management: Strong organization and time management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities and a heavy caseload.
