Summary: A Call Center Representative is responsible for answering citizen calls, listening to their concerns and assisting with processing their payment. They handle inbound customer service calls with an occasional outbound call for information gathering. This is a fully remote position. What you Will Do: • Responsible for all customer inquiries and processing credit card/ACH payments • Provide excellent customer service • Follow up to customer inquiries • Work with confidential information • Work to resolve issues on first call • Data entry from customers • Appropriately and effectively communicate • Thrive as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment • Participate in additional training courses when needed • Perform other related duties as needed Requirements: What you Will Need to Succeed: Strong communication skills Call Center or Customer Service experience Typing (35wpm or more preferred) Basic desktop computer skills (Windows) Problem Solving skills Flexible Availability Customer Focus Adaptability Good Organization Active Listening Multitasking Must be able to pass a background check EEO Statement We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
