Your Role: Data Protection Tool Analyst As a Data Protection Tool Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing privacy technology solutions for our clients. You will work closely with privacy consultants, legal teams, and business stakeholders to configure, manage, and optimize privacy management platforms, ensuring compliance with global privacy regulations and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Configure, administer, and maintain privacy management platforms such as OneTrust and Securiti.ai. Support the implementation and management of Data Mapping, RoPA, DPIA, PIA, Consent Management, and DSAR workflows. Assist in the deployment and optimization of privacy technology solutions across client environments. Configure privacy workflows, templates, assessments, and reporting dashboards. Conduct data discovery and data inventory activities using privacy management tools. Support privacy compliance initiatives aligned with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, DPDP Act, and other global regulations. Collaborate with consultants and client stakeholders to gather requirements and implement privacy technology solutions. Monitor and troubleshoot privacy platform issues, ensuring smooth operation and user adoption. Generate reports, metrics, and dashboards to support compliance monitoring and management reporting. Assist in tool integrations with enterprise applications and third-party systems. Support Data Subject Rights (DSAR) request management and automation processes. Participate in privacy assessments, audits, and compliance readiness initiatives. Maintain platform documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures. Requirements 2+ years of experience working with privacy technology platforms or data protection tools. Hands-on experience with OneTrust, Securiti.ai, or similar privacy management solutions. Strong understanding of Data Mapping, RoPA, DPIA, PIA, Consent Management, and DSAR processes. Knowledge of global privacy regulations including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, DPDP Act, and related frameworks. Experience configuring workflows, assessments, forms, and reporting within privacy platforms. Understanding of data governance, privacy operations, and compliance monitoring. Familiarity with API integrations, system configurations, and enterprise applications is preferred. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Requirements

Experience implementing or administering OneTrust and/or Securiti.ai modules. Knowledge of ISO 27001, ISO 27701, and privacy governance frameworks. Relevant certifications such as CIPM, CIPT, CIPP/E, OneTrust Certification, or Securiti.ai Certification are preferred.
