Lead Business Analyst

Work Location- Remote- United States US Salary Range- $120K-130K https://www.exlservice.com/us-careers-and-benefits This position applies business analysis leadership across the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, analysis, solution design support, testing, implementation, and handoff. The Lead Business Analyst partners closely with business users, senior stakeholders, development teams, QA teams, support teams, and project teams to drive solution clarity, manage requirement changes, mitigate delivery risks, and help ensure successful outcomes. This opportunity is well suited for an experienced business analyst who can lead discussions, mentor team members, and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced client environment.
