Our Mission: At Sunrise Robotics, we are dedicated to augmenting humanity through intelligent robotics. Our mission is to elevate the world of manufacturing by introducing intelligent, flexible robots that enhance human capabilities and existing machinery, ushering in the next era of production at higher quality, with less waste, and lower cost. Our Vision: We see a future where every element of manufacturing, from design to assembly, is optimised with intelligent automation. Our vision is to integrate flexible robotic solutions, based on generic hardware and advanced software/AI capabilities, into manufacturing, particularly in small and medium-sized enterprises, to make automation economically viable and accessible, for all sizes of manufacturers. We are not just building robots; we are creating the strategically crucial components for autonomous, intelligent agents of the future. The Role: We're building the GTM engine that will take Sunrise across Europe, and this role sits at the centre of it. Your core job is to open doors - getting the right decision-makers at European manufacturers into a first conversation with us. You'll work directly with our GTM team running outbound across phone, email, and LinkedIn, designing events, and keeping the operational backbone clean. It's a role where you'll move fast, have real autonomy early, and get exposure to the full commercial function - not just one corner of it. People who do this role well at Sunrise move into sales, customer success, operations, or marketing. The path is yours to shape. What You'll Do: Execute outbound campaigns across phone, email, and LinkedIn - working closely with our growth and GTM team to target the right contacts at the right companies. Develop and test cold calling scripts against a defined ideal customer profile; iterate quickly on what works. Build, monitor, and reply to multi-touch email and LinkedIn sequences. Respond fast to inbound interest - speed matters at this stage. Help plan and run industry events: roundtables, customer dinners, and trade shows. Keep the operational backbone clean - Attio accuracy, Lemlist continuity, and ongoing workflow refinement. What You'll Need: At least one year in a B2B growth, SDR, or demand generation role - you've been on the phones and you're not precious about it. High energy and naturally outgoing - as comfortable working a conference floor as running a morning of cold calls. Genuine curiosity about manufacturing, robotics, and the operational challenges our customers face. Adaptable and willing to take on things outside your comfort zone - this is an early-stage company and the role will evolve. Technically sharp enough to pick things up quickly and contribute to process improvement. Care about quality - every touchpoint with a potential customer should be considered and well-executed. What Makes You Stand Out: Multilingual - German is particularly advantageous given our target markets. Background in robotics, manufacturing, or industrial technology. Why Us: We're at an early, fast-moving stage - building the commercial infrastructure that will take flexible robotic automation across European manufacturing. Real exposure: You'll work directly with founders, customers, and the full commercial team - not in a siloed SDR function. Ownership early: This isn't a role where you wait to be given responsibility. You'll have autonomy from day one and the support to use it well. Multiple paths forward: Sales, customer success, operations, marketing - people who do this role well have genuine options. We'll back whichever direction fits. The problem matters: You'll be selling automation that makes manufacturing more efficient and more human. It's a compelling story to tell, and customers respond to it. Apply To This Job
