What You'll Do – Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Experience Advocate at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, which means your role is foundational to our reputation and success. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Managing High-Volume Inbound Calls: Professionally handling a steady flow of incoming customer calls, providing accurate information, answering questions, and routing callers to the appropriate internal departments when escalation is needed.
  • Resolving Customer Inquiries: Using strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify the root cause of customer concerns, then working efficiently to resolve them on the first call whenever possible.
  • Explaining Contract Details: Clearly and patiently walking customers through the terms, coverage details, and conditions of their service contracts so they fully understand what they're entitled to.
  • Processing Payments and Payment Arrangements: Accurately processing customer payments and helping individuals set up payment plans that resolve outstanding balances while remaining sustainable for their budgets.
  • Updating Account Information: Carefully maintaining customer account records by updating administrative details, contact information, and any other relevant data with precision and confidentiality.
