Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from policyholders, prospects, and partners with a friendly, solution‑oriented tone.
- Conduct outbound follow‑up calls to confirm coverage details, gather feedback, and nurture leads.
- Provide clear, concise information about insurance products, coverage options, and claim processes.
- Accurately document interactions in arenaflex’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Identify cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities, escalating qualified leads to the sales team.
- Transfer complex or escalated calls to the appropriate specialist while maintaining ownership of the customer experience.
- Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to continuously improve scripts, processes, and service standards.

Qualifications – What We’re Looking For

- High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
