Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join our Remote Live Chat Team as Live Chat Agents. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for travelers who need assistance through our real‑time chat platform. You will help customers navigate flight bookings, modifications, cancellations, baggage inquiries, and a wide range of travel‑related concerns. Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, tourism, communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 12 months proven experience in a customer service role, ideally within a remote or digital environment.
  • Exceptional written communication skills, with a keen eye for grammar, spelling, and tone.

  • Proficiency with live chat platforms, ticketing systems, and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
