Position Overview

We are hiring a Remote Customer Experience Specialist to join our growing airline support division. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for travelers seeking assistance with reservations, flight changes, travel policies, loyalty programs, and a variety of other inquiries. Working from a dedicated home office, you will engage with customers through multiple communication channels including phone, email, live chat, and social media, delivering a seamless and personalized experience that reflects the high standards of the arenaflex brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, empathetic, and efficient customer service through phone, email, live chat, and digital messaging platforms.
  • Assist travelers with new flight bookings, modifications, cancellations, upgrades, and special accommodation requests.
  • Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, fare classes, baggage policies, check-in procedures, and travel documentation requirements.
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-oriented mindset, escalating complex issues when appropriate.
  • Educate customers on arenaflex loyalty programs, promotional offers, credit card benefits, and partner services to enhance their travel experience.
  • Navigate multiple internal systems, reservation platforms, and knowledge bases to retrieve real-time information and process transactions accurately.
  • Document all customer interactions thoroughly within the customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure continuity of service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, baggage handling, and revenue management to address customer needs holistically.
