Position Overview

arenaflex is currently hiring an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk – Logistics & Operations Support Specialist to join our growing administrative and data management team. Key Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Data Verification: Review and verify the accuracy of entered data by carefully cross-referencing it against source documents, shipment records, and internal files.
  • Database Maintenance: Update, edit, and maintain existing records within company databases to ensure all information remains current, consistent, and error-free.
  • Information Retrieval: Quickly and accurately retrieve data from electronic files, archives, and internal systems in response to requests from team members, managers, and other departments.
  • Routine Backups: Perform scheduled data backups following arenaflex protocols to safeguard information and ensure business continuity.
  • Report Generation: Prepare, generate, and distribute routine and ad-hoc reports using Excel, Word, and other internal tools to support operational decision-making.
