As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the backbone of our document management ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate Data Capture: Enter, verify, and maintain large volumes of text‑based data with a focus on non‑numerical information, ensuring a 99.9% accuracy rate.
  • Document Transcription & Organization: Transcribe information from title deeds, property records, and real‑estate documents, then systematically file them in both physical and digital repositories.
  • Scanning & Digital Conversion: Operate high‑speed scanners to digitize paper documents, apply OCR technology, and ensure proper indexing for rapid retrieval.
  • Contract Preparation: Draft, format, and proofread contracts, agreements, and ancillary paperwork, adhering to arenaflex’s style guides and compliance standards.
  • Internal Communication Management: Facilitate seamless communication by handling email correspondence, fax transmissions, and internal memos related to document workflows.
  • Quality Assurance & Auditing: Conduct routine audits of entered data, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to maintain data integrity.
  • Collaboration & Support: Work closely with the legal, finance, and real‑estate teams to understand document requirements and provide timely support for project deadlines.

Essential Qualifications
