Job Summary: Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? Jerezee Construction is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team and serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients! Key Responsibilities... • Client Interaction: Interact with clients via phone, email and in-person meetings to address inquiries, provide information, and assist with any concerns or issues they may have. Ensure that all client interactions are handled promptly, professionally, and with a focus on exceeding expectations. • Problem Resolution: Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the course of projects. Take ownership of client concerns, escalate as needed, and follow up to ensure satisfactory resolution. • Project Support: Provide administrative support to project managers and field staff as needed, including coordinating schedules, preparing documents, and updating project records. Keep track of project timelines and milestones to ensure that client expectations are met or exceeded. • Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from clients on their experience working with Jerezee Construction, including satisfaction levels, areas for improvement, and suggestions for future projects. Use feedback to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing the customer experience. • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project details, and any relevant documentation. Generate reports as needed to track client satisfaction, monitor project progress, and identify areas of improvement. Qualifications: • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset. • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. • Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus.
