Key Responsibilities

  • Become a subject‑matter expert on arenaflex’s Biosciences Division (BID) product portfolios, including reagents, instruments, and software solutions.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to every inbound web‑chat and email inquiry, ensuring a consistent, high‑quality digital experience for all customers.
  • Qualify leads using soft‑selling techniques, articulate product benefits, and guide prospects toward the appropriate sales or technical resource.
  • Tri­age web‑based sales leads, routing each inquiry to the most suitable account manager, technical sales specialist, or customer‑service representative.
  • Facilitate clear communication between customers, sales teams, technical experts, and service departments to accelerate quote generation and order fulfillment.
  • Provide preliminary pricing information or direct customers to the appropriate quoting resource, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Essential Qualifications
