Position Overview
The Entry Level Data Entry & Analytics Specialist at arenaflex plays an important role in supporting our analytics team by planning and executing data cycles, arranging diverse data sets for text mining and exploration, and contributing to projects that enable informed business decisions. Working under moderate supervision, you will gain hands-on experience in handling structured and unstructured data, applying statistical analysis techniques, and communicating findings to a wide range of audiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Preparation: Support the planning and execution of data cycles and arrangements related to a wide variety of data sets used for text mining, information extraction, and analysis to enable informed business decisions across the organization.
- Insight Generation: Apply statistical and quantitative analysis techniques to examine both structured and unstructured data sourced from multiple disparate systems, gaining understanding into key business issues and expectations.
- Project Support: With moderate guidance, create analytical arrangements from initial concept through to production-ready deliverables, ensuring timely and accurate output.

- Mentorship & Collaboration: Guide less senior staff members and collaborate effectively on cross-functional tasks and projects. Occasionally present findings and recommendations to management.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to streamline data processes, improve data quality, and enhance analytical methodologies within the team.
Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this entry-level opportunity at arenaflex, candidates should meet the following minimum requirements:
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, engineering, operations analysis, economics, or finance. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered.
- Professional Experience: Up to three (3) years of work experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem-solving, operations analysis, marketing analysis, simulation development, and/or predictive analytics. - Working knowledge of Python/R for data manipulation and analysis.
