Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate seamless onboarding experiences, ensuring new hires receive all necessary documentation, system access, and introductory training.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline by nurturing relationships with prospective candidates via chat and email.

Employee Relations & Support

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR‑related inquiries from call‑center staff, responding promptly through live chat, email, or internal messaging tools.
  • Provide guidance on policies, benefits, performance feedback, and conflict resolution, always maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Champion employee engagement initiatives, gathering real‑time feedback and escalating concerns to the HR leadership team.

HR Administration & Data Management

  • Track employee progress against development plans, updating dashboards and notifying managers of completion status.
  • Collect post‑training feedback via chat surveys to continuously improve program effectiveness.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Monitor adherence to arenaflex’s internal policies, industry regulations, and employment laws.
  • Prepare compliance documentation and audit-ready reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay current on legislative changes and proactively recommend policy updates to senior HR leadership.

Collaboration & Coordination

Essential Qualifications
