Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound and outbound customer contacts across multiple platforms (phone, email, live chat, and social media) with professionalism and empathy.
  • Diagnose and resolve a wide variety of inquiries, ranging from account questions and technical issues to billing disputes and service upgrades.
  • Maintain a typing speed of at least 25 words per minute while ensuring accuracy and adherence to arenaflex’s quality standards.
  • Document each interaction in arenaflex’s CRM system, capturing essential details, resolution steps, and any follow‑up actions required.
  • Escalate complex or high‑priority cases to the appropriate specialist teams, providing clear and concise summaries to facilitate swift resolution.
  • Identify recurring trends or pain points and proactively share insights with the Quality Assurance and Process Improvement teams.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, role‑plays, and performance reviews to continuously sharpen communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Assist customers in setting up and troubleshooting home Wi‑Fi networks, ensuring they can access arenaflex’s online services without interruption.
  • Provide constructive feedback on call handling, script effectiveness, and system usability to help evolve arenaflex’s service delivery model.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months of proven customer support experience, preferably in a remote or call‑center environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and courteously across phone, email, chat, and social media platforms.
  • Typing speed of at least 25 WPM with high accuracy.
  • Basic technical proficiency, including the ability to set up and troubleshoot home Wi‑Fi networks.
