As a Remote Support Specialist – Chat at arenaflex, you will be the digital front line of our brand. Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound Chat Management: Respond promptly to all inbound chat inquiries, verifying customer account details, order status, and product specifications while maintaining a courteous and professional tone.
  • Sales Enablement: Leverage deep product knowledge to assist both existing and prospective customers in selecting the right tires, accessories, and services, ultimately converting inquiries into completed sales.
  • Outbound Outreach: Initiate proactive chat or phone contacts when appropriate to uncover additional sales opportunities, promote current promotions, and nurture relationships with high‑value customers.
