Position Overview

The Remote Customer Service Representative – Premier Service Consultant is the voice of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our customers from the comfort of a home office. In this role you will blend customer care, technical troubleshooting, and consultative sales to ensure every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver courteous, knowledgeable, and solution‑focused assistance via phone, chat, email, and other digital channels.
  • Navigate a wide range of inquiries, including billing, rate‑plan explanations, device troubleshooting, wireless number portability, relocations, and prepaid services.
  • Utilize arenaflex’s suite of internal tools to update accounts, process adjustments, and document interactions accurately.
  • Engage Tier 3 network and IT support, as well as third‑party vendors, to resolve complex technical issues and service faults.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce arenaflex’s latest products and services—such as mobile data plans, broadband bundles, air cards, USB devices, and proprietary software—while meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain a deep, up‑to‑date knowledge base of arenaflex’s product portfolio, promotions, and industry trends.
  • Participate in regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and quality‑assurance audits to continuously improve service delivery.
  • Adhere to all security, compliance, and work‑from‑home (WFH) standards, including workspace cleanliness, data protection protocols, and equipment usage policies.
  • Contribute to root‑cause analysis initiatives by tracking recurring issues and suggesting process enhancements.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of customer service or call‑center experience, preferably in a telecommunications environment.
