This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive impactful people strategies while also rolling up their sleeves to partner directly with first-line managers on tactical initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of the evolving needs of high-growth organizations and thrives in environments where they can influence senior leaders while guiding reputed company-line execution.Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the key People Team partner for the CRO and CMO, aligning people strategies with departmental goals to reputed company growth, performance, and employee engagement.
• Set the strategic direction for HR business partnering reputed company the GTM (go-to-market) function, ensuring alignment with company-wide objectives and long-term business strategy.

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and first-line managers, providing day-to-day coaching and support on a wide range of people topics, including team structure, employee relations, and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company Resources, Business Administration, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience.
• 8–10 years of HR experience, including supporting reputed company-generating and marketing teams in high-growth or scaling organizations.
• Demonstrated reputed company in both strategic business partnering and hands-on HR execution.
