You will report directly to the Head of Legal Operations, a seasoned attorney who values precision, proactive communication, and continual learning. From our headquarters in Crown Point, Indiana, you’ll collaborate with attorneys, compliance officers, and external counsel across multiple time zones, helping our firm deliver top‑tier legal support to clients nationwide while enjoying the flexibility of a fully remote setup. --- Key Responsibilities - Draft, proofread, and file pleadings, motions, and briefs using

Microsoft Office 365

, maintaining a 98% error‑free rate on all submissions. - Conduct legal research on Westlaw, LexisNexis, and

, delivering concise memoranda within 24‑hour turnaround for at least three major cases per quarter. - Manage discovery production and intake, coordinating with external vendors via
