Senior Corporate Trainer
Design and deliver role-specific AI training workshops for enterprise teams across Pakistan and the GCC. Your sessions end with tools running live in participants' workflows — not with theory and handouts.
Responsibilities
- Deliver 2-day Corporate AI Training workshops for Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR, and Finance teams
- Customise workshop content for each client's industry, tools, and workflows
- Ensure every participant leaves with at least one AI automation live in their daily work
- Develop new training modules as AI tools evolve
- Track Week-4 adoption and run follow-up sessions when needed
Requirements
- 4+ years of corporate training, facilitation, or L&D experience
- Expert-level daily use of Claude, ChatGPT, Zapier, and Notion AI
- Strong platform presence — you hold a room of 30 executives comfortably
- Ability to translate technical AI concepts into department-specific workflows
- Willingness to travel within Pakistan and to the GCC for client delivery
Pay: $89,355.80 - $107,611.28 per year Benefits:
