Part-Time Short-Form Video Creator - Fantasy Sports App
About us OmniLeague is a free fantasy sports app with a twist: you draft entire teams across every major sport — not individual players — and compete all year as your teams win or lose in the playoffs. Think fantasy football, but for the whole sports calendar, and way simpler. We're live on iPhone and Android. We're small, founder-run, and growing fast on TikTok. What you'd do
- Produce 4–8 short videos per week (15–45 sec) for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and
YouTube Shorts — you shoot/edit, we approve.
- Work from a content playbook and idea bank we provide — you're never staring at a blank
page.
- Write your own hooks and captions in our voice (we give you the voice guide).
- Be on camera yourself OR use screen-recordings, voiceover, and text-on-screen — your
call, as long as it performs.
- Track what you post in a shared spreadsheet (we provide it).
You're a fit if
- You genuinely follow sports (US sports especially) and can talk about them like a fan, not
a marketer.
- You've made short-form video that got real views — send your best 3 examples.
- You can turn around a batch of videos on a weekly rhythm without hand-holding.
Nice to have
- You've grown a TikTok or IG account (yours or a client's) past 10K.
- You're in or near a US college sports town (we have a University of Arizona connection).
Logistics
- Part-time, ongoing. ~5–8 hrs/week to start.
- Pay: [choose one — $25–$40/hr, OR $400–$900/month flat, OR $40–$75 per finished
video]. Performance bonus for videos over 25K views.
- Start with a paid 1-week test (2 videos) before we commit to ongoing.
