Compensation

Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Assist customers with billing, account inquiries, reservations, roadside assistance, scheduling, and other support services
- Accurately document customer interactions
- Follow client guidelines, scripts, and procedures
- Meet attendance, quality, and performance expectations
Requirements
- Computer or laptop (Windows-based preferred)
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- USB headset
- Quiet, professional workspace
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to complete onboarding, certification, and any required background checks
- Ability to work as a 1099 independent contractor
