Remote, USA Full-time Posted 2026-06-22

About arenaflex

arenaflex is a forward-thinking, data-driven organization operating at the intersection of market research, customer insights, and information management. We partner with leading brands, agencies, and research institutions to collect, organize, and transform raw data into actionable intelligence that shapes strategic business decisions. Our team is composed of dedicated professionals who value accuracy, curiosity, and continuous improvement. At arenaflex, we believe that the quality of our data determines the quality of our insights — and that belief starts with the people who enter and maintain that data. If you are someone who finds satisfaction in precision, thrives in a structured yet evolving environment, and takes pride in contributing to work that truly matters, you will find a home with us.

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a highly organized, meticulous, and dependable Detail-Oriented Data Entry Clerk with Strong Communication Skills to join our growing operations team. This is a full-time role focused on accurate and efficient data entry across multiple platforms, supporting critical claims processing, application workflows, customer account management, and research operations. The ideal candidate is not only fast and accurate with keystrokes but also an excellent communicator who can collaborate with team members, clarify ambiguous data, and escalate issues when needed. While prior market research or survey administration experience is a plus, it is not required — we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Input a high volume of data from multiple sources into the arenaflex company database with exceptional speed and accuracy.
  • Ensure that all necessary information is entered correctly and promptly to support timely claims processing, application processing, and downstream reporting.
  • Enter customer, account, and survey data from various sources — including paper forms, digital files, email submissions, and third-party platforms — into corresponding fields within arenaflex database software.
  • Identify and correct errors using established quality control methods, and proactively flag recurring data issues to leadership.
  • Review all entered and imported data for discrepancies, missing fields, or inconsistencies, and obtain further information from internal teams or external contacts to complete incomplete documents.
  • Notify department leadership immediately if the system is not accepting information, experiencing errors, or producing unexpected outputs.
  • Maintain a daily production log to accurately document time spent, work completed, and any anomalies encountered during the shift.
  • Participate in routine data audits and contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and comply with all data privacy and security protocols.
  • Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned by supervisors or operations leadership.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience: Prior data entry experience or related office/administrative experience.
  • Technical Proficiency: Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook) and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Calendar).
  • Typing Skills: Fast and accurate typing with a strong command of the keyboard and standard data entry shortcuts.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of accuracy while processing large volumes of information.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a wide range of people across departments.
  • Time Management: Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings and weekends as business needs dictate.
  • Reliability: A strong work ethic, self-starter mentality, and a passion for doing things right the first time.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with market research, survey administration, or questionnaire data processing.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, database management systems, or data validation tools.
  • Exposure to quality assurance or audit processes.
  • Comfort working with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams.

Skills and Competencies for Success

To excel as a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will rely on a balanced mix of technical and interpersonal skills. The following competencies will set you up for long-term success in this role:

  • Analytical Thinking: The ability to spot patterns, identify inconsistencies, and understand how individual data points fit into larger datasets.
  • Adaptability: Comfort with shifting priorities, evolving software tools, and changing project requirements.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to troubleshooting data issues and finding practical solutions.
  • Collaboration: A team-first attitude and the ability to communicate clearly with colleagues, supervisors, and occasionally external partners.
  • Confidentiality: A deep respect for sensitive information and a commitment to upholding data integrity.
  • Resilience: The ability to maintain focus and accuracy during repetitive tasks over extended periods.
