Job Description
We are currently seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team. Responsibilities
Conduct medical consultations, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients using telehealth platforms. Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and self-management strategies. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters in our electronic medical record system.
Requirements
Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in the state of New York. Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Primary Care. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with patients, families, and colleagues. Strong clinical acumen and the capacity to work autonomously. Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical record systems and adhering to documentation protocols. Note: This position offers the flexibility of remote work.
